Set within the small and peaceful Waters Edge complex, Solmar offers beautiful views across the marina and towards Cleveland Bay, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy everything Magnetic Island has to offer. With light-filled living spaces, two balconies and the water right at your doorstep, it’s an easy place to settle in and slow down.
Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Solmar feels peaceful while still being close to everything. Step outside and you’re right on the marina, with Nelly Bay Beach, local parks, the boat ramp and some of Magnetic Island’s resident rock wallabies all nearby.
If you prefer coffee out, the local favourite Tiny Palm at Jungle Club is just around the corner, while cafes, restaurants, the IGA and ferry terminal are all within walking distance. There is also a nearby bus stop, making it easy to explore the rest of Magnetic Island without needing a car.
With three bedrooms, two balconies, a shared pool and plenty of space to relax, Solmar is a great option for families, couples or small groups looking for a comfortable island getaway in a beautiful waterfront location.

With two ground-floor bathrooms and an additional powder room upstairs, convenience is covered.
Living & Dining
The upstairs living area is open plan and makes the most of the views across Nelly Bay Marina, Cleveland Bay and towards Townsville.
The lounge is a great place to relax after a day exploring the island, while the dining area seats six. Open the doors to let the island breeze through and step outside onto the large balcony, where you’ll find outdoor dining for six and an electric Weber BBQ.
There is also a second balcony off the master bedroom, providing another spot to sit and enjoy the water views.

Enjoy all the comforts of home with Wi-Fi, a full laundry and air conditioning throughout, making your stay easy and comfortable in any season.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to cook at home, with everything you’ll need for a short or extended stay.
A Breville Nespresso pod machine is also provided, with complimentary pods to get your morning started.
Bedrooms
Solmar comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: King bed, water views, private balcony, walk-in robe, ensuite and Smart TV. The ensuite features a large round bath, double rain shower and twin vanities.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, water glimpses and built-in robe.
Bedroom 3: Two king single beds, water glimpses and built-in robe.
There is also a powder room upstairs.
Pool & Outdoor Areas
Guests have access to the shared Waters Edge swimming pool, which overlooks the marina and is a great spot for a swim after a day out exploring Magnetic Island.
Pool towels are provided.
Guests bringing a boat can contact Magnetic Island Marina directly to enquire about berth availability during their stay.
