Soak up the island vibes while staying beachfront at this fantastic 2-bedroom apartment. With stunning Geoffrey Bay directly across the road and a lagoon-style pool and BBQ area in the complex, this lovely unit is the perfect base for a fun-filled, tropical getaway.
Living and Entertainment Space
Large window views of the sparkling water and tiled, open plan living greets you upon entry. There is a comfy lounge area with a TV, a 6-seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave and full sized fridge/freezer. Salty sea breeze cools the apartment and it is also air-conditioned throughout (cooling only) .
Outside, the balcony looks directly out over the idyllic waters of Geoffrey Bay and the greenery of the complex grounds. Enjoy a drink or good book as you listen to the palm trees rustling in the wind and the ripple of water upon the shore.

This unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, both with ceiling fans, and 1 bathroom.

TROPICAL PARADISE HOLIDAY
Kate K - 30th April 2023My family flew direct from Adelaide to Townsville then Magnetic Island (Maggie), staying for 7 days. The unit is in a fantastic location, overlooking Geoffrey Bay, a marine park with a shaded beach. Alma Bay, which is stunning, is an easy 5 minute walk. The unit is very well equipped and the beds are very comfy. There is a lovely, shaded pool with the National Park as the backdrop. The bus, which serves the island, stops right out the front too. BEST holiday
Denis - 23rd March 2023My wife and I had the BEST holiday at 1/37 Marine Parade Arcadia. We have been visiting Magnetic Island for many years and this unit is by far the best accommodation we have used. Located right on Geoffrey Bay – Marine Park and a gentle few minute’s stroll to Alma Bay – a magnificent protected swimming beach. The unit has the LOT. Clean, airy, great comfortable beds, AC s, large refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen, modern large smart TV, washing machine, dryer, BBQ, cool POOL out back, natives birds out front, bus stop at front drive. ENJOY
